Representatives from over 70 Partners comprising financial institutions, government, NGO's and professional firms have evaluated the value of green buildings and determined that they are more valuable than conventional buildings on a number of important risk attributes including energy efficiency, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and location. This multi-year process comprised numerous meetings and summits with financial experts, extensive consultation with the risk rating agencies, and publication of industry reports along with investor evaluation and direct investor interviews. CMP's Interim Goal As codified by the US Conference of Mayors, achieve 2 million certified green and/or climate neutral buildings, and 1 million certified sustainable products by 2015. CMP's Long-Term Goal Incorporate sustainability-based metrics into investment decision processes to attain a market shift. The Power Point is a sponsor of the EcoStrata international open source sustainability training project developed by the Green Cities Institute and hosted by International Free and Open Source Software Foundation. The goal of EcoStrata is to develop a global database, communication and transmission platform accessible to a wide range of devices, languages, and types of media. This intellectual repository and knowledge map will reflect patterns of an scattered market of sustainable media. The EcoStrata Project focuses on educational, instructional and demonstrative sustainability theory and practice content. This archive of translated, transliterated, and transcribed curricula media is on of the most important assets to the longevity and quality of function of sustainability literacy and ecological stewardship practices. Media across audio, text, audio-visual, visual, and visceral archives will now perform in different languages and a wide variety of media output formatting.
